Paper Template Download
Official language in APCT 2025 conference is English in paper writing and presentation. Please format your paper according to the template. And the submitted papers should be no less than 5 pages. The submission without enough content may lead to direct paper rejection in the preliminary review. Accepted full papers will be published and invited to present at the conference. But accepted abstracts will be invited to present at the conference only. The abstracts will not be published, but will be included in the conference abstract brochure.
Please send the full paper or abstract to Electronic Submission System. The submission will be confirmed immediately by the system and by conference secretary in 2 working days. If you have any question or suggestion, please feel free to contact with Ms. Shirley Ma via apctconf@163.com.

If you'd like to attend the conference without presentation and paper publication, welcome you to register as the delegate directly.
Please click the below button to make the quick registration and return us the payment email within 3 working days. The registration will be successful until receive the confirmation from the conference secretary.
Publication
All papers will be sent to 2-3 peer-reviewers for reviewing. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published into APCT 2025 conference proceedings, and submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex.

Note: Only full paper could be accepted for presentation and publication. Abstract could be accepted for presentation only.
Presentation Guideline
Exceptionally, we will allow 2 co-authors to present together. However, both co-authors will have to register as the presenter or author and pay the full amount indicated according to the status.
Review
The program committees will use a double-blind review process to evaluate papers based on scientific merit, innovation, relevance, and presentation, etc. Submitted papers must describe original work that has not been published before or is under review by another conference or journal at the same time. Each submission will be checked for any significant similarity to previously published works or for simultaneous submission to other archival venues, and such papers will be rejected directly.
Policies
APCT 2025 Conference, like other scientific and technical conferences and journals, prohibits the following practices and may take action against authors who have committed them. And the submission would be rejected directly if it is found.
1. Simultaneous submission of the same work to multiple venues
2. Submission of previously published work
3. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism
